Chakra Nourishment Granola
For grounding, vitality & digestive fire
Dry Base:
2 cups rolled oats
½ cup pecans (Root – Earth connection)
½ cup sunflower seeds (Solar – light energy)
¼ cup sesame seeds (Sacral – hormonal balance)
¼ cup shredded coconut (Sacral – fluidity, lunar resonance)
¼ cup chopped pistachios (Heart-Solar bridge)
Optional: 2 tbsp chia or flax (bind & balance)
Wet Coating:
2 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp tahini or almond butter (Sacral-nourishing)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
After Baking:
Add: ¼ cup chopped dates or dried mango (Sacral sweetness)
Optional: Dust lightly with camu camu or baobab powder (for a solar lift)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix dry base in a large bowl.
Warm wet ingredients in a small pan until melted and smooth.
Pour over dry ingredients. Mix well to coat.
Spread onto a lined baking sheet. Bake 25–30 mins, stirring halfway.
Once golden and cooled, mix in dried fruit and optional powder.
Store in an airtight jar. Best enjoyed with gratitude and presence.
🌚 Winter Solstice Granola
For rest, repair, and elemental anchoring: a grounding, warming blend designed to align with the quiet potency of the season, enhance root nourishment, and invite deep rest and cellular renewal.
Dry Base:
2 cups rolled oats
½ cup chopped walnuts (Winter’s brain-nourisher)
½ cup pecans (Root support)
¼ cup pumpkin seeds (Zinc-rich, immune supporting)
2 tbsp hemp seeds or flax (regenerative seed memory)
¼ cup shredded coconut (lunar echo)
Optional: 1 tbsp cacao nibs or chopped dark chocolate
Wet Coating:
2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil (warming, insulating)
2 tbsp maple syrup (tree-sourced sweetness)
1 tbsp molasses (iron-rich, deeply grounding)
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cardamom
Pinch of nutmeg and sea salt
Optional: splash of vanilla or orange extract
After Baking:
¼ cup dried cranberries or dried figs (winter fruits)
Optional: Dust of maca or camu powder for solar warmth
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix all dry base ingredients in a large bowl.
Gently warm the wet ingredients until combined and pour over the dry mix.
Stir well and spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway.
Allow to cool completely, then fold in dried fruits and optional powders.
Store in a sealed jar and consume with presence, morning or dusk.
