✧ Scalar-Crafted Candied Pecans ✧
Nutritious | Balancing | Nervous-System Soothing
Ingredients (yield: ~2 cups)
2 cups raw pecans (make sure they are raw). Option to switch out for other nuts - cashews, almonds, peanuts, walnuts or whatever you might want to … just ensure they are raw.
1 tbsp ghee (buttery essence + deep earth fat)
1 tbsp coconut oil (light signal transmission)
¼ cup maple syrup (mineral-rich, tree signal)
2 tbsp coconut sugar (low-glycemic, crystalline softness)
1½ tsp cinnamon (warming + digestive stimulation)
¼ tsp nutmeg (pineal + solar memory unlocker)
½ tsp sea salt (electrolytic grounding)
2 tbsp water *(to dissolve and bind)
Optional: pinch of clove, ginger, pumpkin pie spice or cardamom for added dimensionality
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F / 163°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a small saucepan over low-medium heat, combine:
ghee, coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and water.
Stir gently until sugar dissolves and mixture is silky-smooth.
Add pecans to the pot and stir to fully coat.
Spread evenly on prepared baking sheet. Roast for 18-20 minutes to test for your oven… might be ~20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway.
Optionally, drizzle a small amount of reserved warm syrup mixture on top at the 15-minute mark for extra gloss + crispness.
Remove and cool completely to allow full crystallization. Cooling brings the delicious crispiness.
