Jeff will begin with some guided movement to get us centred and present so we can receive, and then guide us through an hour of breath. Completing the work with an hour sound journey led by yours truly. This will be a powerful session. Don’t miss it!

Please arrive about 10 minutes early to get settled. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket and layered clothing (including socks) as body temperature can fluctuate during these events. There are options to lay on the floor on a mat, sit in a chair, or gravity chairs.
