Fall Apple Fast / Cleanse

🍎 An Invitation to Reset 🍎

Sometimes the body doesn’t need more…. it needs less.
Less input. Less stimulation. Less distraction.

A simple 2–3 day Apple Cleanse can be a powerful way to listen again.
To the body. The breath. The emotions under the habits.

A gentle apple fast, especially at this seasonal cusp, can serve as both a digestive reset and a frequency refinement.

⚠️ As always, any dietary changes, fasting, or cleansing is deeply individual. If you have any health conditions, take medications, or have sensitivities, it's important to consult the medical or other health professional who is guiding you, and most importantly, tune into your own intuition before making changes.

Here are a few attuned reflections and guidelines for this proposed Apple Reset Cleanse:

🍎 3-Day Apple Resonance Cleanse

(A Soft Reset for Digestive Clarity and Autumn Integration)

✧ Why Apples?

  • Rich in pectin → supports elimination of waste, heavy metals, and intestinal plaque.

  • Antioxidants + flavonoids → gentle liver and colon support.

  • Harmonically aligned with the Autumn Element (metal/lung/large intestine in Chinese medicine).

  • Their fiber content gives stability and grounding, unlike pure liquid fasts that may tax the adrenals in sensitive systems.

🌀 Suggested Format:

Duration: 2–3 days (depending on how your body feels). I have recently carried this into a 6-Day Fast and it’s been quite lovely to see what is shifting and transforming, and the clarity, flow and creativity that have arrived.

Core Intake:

  • Fresh Apples - whole, raw

  • Warm water with lemon, cinnamon, sea salt or ginger (or vary between them)

  • Optional: add in small amounts of apple sauce (homemade with no sugar) if raw alone is too stimulating

Supportive Practices:

  • Begin each day with a glass of warm water and fresh lemon juice

  • You can also add spirulina (either powder dissolved in water or in tablets) to help remove toxins

  • Sip herbal teas (especially mint, ginger, or fennel) throughout. Coconut water can also be supportive.

  • I include a daily serving of Tea’d Greens as well from Natural Farmworks for hydration, greens and it doesn’t require digestion.

  • Magnesium capsules in the evening (optional)

  • Gentle movement: walking, light stretching, or grounding resonance practices

  • Optional: castor oil packs on Day 2 or 3 if elimination slows, and to support the liver

🌿 Important Notes:

  • Listen for adrenal cues: If you feel lightheaded, weak, or overly depleted, add a spoonful of nut butter, or a warm veggie broth between apples.

  • Emotional and mental clearing: Be aware that as digestion lightens, unprocessed emotion may surface. Meet it gently. You also may find that your mind is clear and you are focused and in flow, creative projects just seeming to happen, or tasks just getting done.

  • Dreams and intuition: Often heightened during mono-diets … keep a journal.

🗝️ Optional Add-Ons:

  • A field harmonizing sound code (toning, humming) or breath practice to start each day

  • A short mantra or intention like:
“I release what no longer nourishes. I return to clarity, simplicity, and grace.”

And for additional support… here is a mantra for cellular clearing and hormonal harmonization, specifically attuned to support:

  • gentle excretion of stored waste and toxins,

  • and renewal of trust in your body's detoxification rhythms.

🌿 Mantra for Detox + Hormonal Clarity

"I release what no longer instructs my wholeness.
I soften the stories held in tissue and tone.
Through the rhythm of breath,
and the wisdom of water,
I return my cells to balance.
What my body no longer needs,
flows outward in peace.
I am safe to be clear."

🔄 How to Use It:

  • Speak aloud in the morning, upon waking and again before rest.

  • Say each line slowly, with a full breath in between.

  • Optional: hold your hands over your lower abdomen or liver area as you speak.

  • You may pair it with a warm herbal tea (e.g., dandelion root, nettle, or mint) to support gentle liver and lymphatic movement.

This mantra is a frequency field, not just words.
It acts like a resonance tuning fork that softens rigidity and encourages metabolic release.

A little Science on Fasting… Japanese Nobel Laureate Yoshinori Ohsumi was awarded for his research on autophagy, a cellular process triggered by fasting. Autophagy is how the body repairs itself: recycling damaged cells, clearing out waste, strengthening living cells, and supporting long-term health and longevity. You can read more about his work here.

🍎 After the Fast: The Field Unwinding Begins

This next phase will be powerful. The fast creates the stillness into which your field can begin to show you the coding beneath whatever you may be working with in your physical, mental, or spiritual life.

🜂 Transition Guidance: How to Re-enter Nourishment

When it’s time to re-enter food:

  • Day 1 Re-entry: Water, broths, grated apple or pear (with peel if well-tolerated), mint or fennel tea.

  • Day 2: Steamed vegetables, simple soft grains (like millet or rice), ghee or coconut oil.

  • Day 3: Gentle proteins (tempeh, egg, or fish if aligned), fresh herbs, light raw foods return.

Each re-entry day is a reverse spiral, a return through the gate, not a plunge into complexity.

✧ Seal for Re-Entering Flow State (post-fast or mid-vision)

This phrase can be whispered in meditation, journaled, or used as a header for your next calendar cycle:

“I enter nourishment with clear hands and uncluttered heart.
My digestion now serves my signal, not my fear.
I metabolize what feeds my purpose.
I compost what does not.”

Let this become the mantra that activates digestion as a spiritual organ, not just biological
